狙击兵的故事

－ｆａｔａｌｉｓｍ－

A Story of a Sniper

-Fatalism-

这里是一片森林，非常茂密的森林。这里有一座山丘，可一眼望尽森林的高耸山丘。山丘上有一名狙击兵。

狙击兵握著狙击用的长型说服者（注。枪械名称）俯卧在地上。

他透过在夜晚也可以看得又远又清楚的狙击镜，紧盯著森林的每一个角落。

这时，在森林里一座美丽的湖畔，好像有什么东西在蠢动。吸引了狙击兵的注意。

一个正兴高采烈地戏水的男子身影映入了狙击兵的眼帘。

Once, on top a hill in a lush stretch of forest, a sniper laid waiting. With a powerful long range persuader sniping gun in hand, the sniper scanned the dense woods with a night-vision scope.

Suddenly, movement near a beautiful lake has caught his attention.

狙击兵似乎僵住了一会儿，旋即又把枪口稳稳地瞄向那名男子---那是个身材略矮，长相俊俏的年轻男子。接下来他只要扣下扳机，子弹就会以极快的速度击中那名男子，湖水也将被染成一片鲜红。

狙击兵调整了一下呼吸，正当他准备扣下扳机的那一刹那……

“请你住手。”

狙击兵听到身后传来一个清脆悦耳的声音，他有点惊讶，缓缓地回过头来，看到一名女子站在他背后。

The sniper stiffened up and paused for a moment, then at once got back in his old position, aiming the rifle at him--- the man was slightly short, yet very handsome. Yet soon the sniper would pull the trigger, pierce the flesh of the handsome man, and stain the serene lake a bloody red.

The sniper adjusted his breathing, so as to steady his shaking hand….

“Please hold your fire.”

The sniper heard a clear and determined voice speak from behind him. Slowly, he turned his head to come face-to-face with a woman.

他一身劲装，留著一头亮丽的黑发， 是个不折不扣的大美女大他的右手握著一把大口径的左轮枪的枪口瞄准著狙击兵的头部。

“抱歉吓著你了，不过请你别乱动，要是打不中你，会害我；浪费子弹跟火药的。”

这名女子说道。狙击兵缓缓地开口问他。。

“为什么要杀我？”

女子面露微笑，不过他依然把枪口向他。

“因为你杀了进入这座森林的人。是那些附近国家的四者家属，朋友，及恋人委托我来杀你的。”

她话一说完，狙击兵便反问道。。

“也就是说，你在这里是为了要杀啰？”

The woman’s clothing was tight and her hair was long and black. She was absolutely beautiful to the point of perfection, while in her right hand lay a large caliber revolver aimed right at the sniper’s head.

“Sorry to frighten you, but please don’t move. It’ll be a waste of a bullet and gunpowder if I miss.”

As the woman talked, the sniper slowly formulated his words.

“Why do you want to kill me?”

The woman smiled, still keeping the persuader’s muzzle aimed towards his head.

“Because you have killed those who have wandered into this forest. In the surrounding country, the families, friends, and lovers of the victims you slaughtered wanted you dead.”

“So in other words, you are here to kill me.”

女子点点头，狙击兵继续问道。。

“既然如此， 你怎么还不下手？”听到这句话，女子突然面有难色。他说“这个问题问得好”，马上开始解释自己感到为难的处境。

“其 实在接下追杀你的案子之后，你也案下同一个国家的人们委托。他们支付相同的酬劳，叫我绝对不要杀你，让一切保持原状。。。。。。希望致你于死地多，但同时 有些人多亏你的帮忙，得以一扫多年来的怨恨，让附近罗嗦的家伙消失了，让他们提早得到遗产，让家里减少吃饭的人口， 让不治之症的病人得以解脱，对孩子的失败教育可以重新来过等等，因此有同样都的人也杀望我不要杀你。对那些人而言，你简直是个辛运之神。”

The woman nodded slightly, and the sniper continued.

“Then what are you waiting for?”

A pained look on the woman’s face appeared. “Good question.”

“Actually, at the same time that I took on the assignment to kill you, I took on another one by the people of the same country. The people paid me the same amount to ensure that I would not kill you, and keep everything the same. While many people hate you and wish you were dead, there are others that are grateful for your actions, whether it be due to ridding them of their enemies, giving them their inheritance early, lessening a mouth to feed, freeing someone of the handicap of their terminal disease, letting a child start anew after failing school, etc etc. The point is there are as many people that want you alive as there are that want you dead.”

“原来如此。”

“所以我不晓得该对我怎么办?

不晓得自己该怎么办？来这里的一路上我都在烦恼，其实到现在都还在烦恼呢！”

“既然这样。。。”

“既然怎样。。。”

“那就请你命今我。过去只要有人已进入我绵联，就会被我枪杀，往后我每隔几个再杀一个。至於要隔几个人人数字就曲你来决定曲我一定会遵守规定的。如此一来，死在森林里的人应该就会减少了吧？但还是继续会有人丧命。”

“了解。”

女子给了狙击兵一个数字。因为那是经过很复杂的计算所得到的诡谲数字，在这里就不公布了。

“So that’s how it is…”

“Therefore, I was indecisive on what to do after I hunted you down. Even now, I still can’t make up my mind.”

“If that’s the case…”

“If that’s the case what?”

“If that’s the case, then give me an order. Before, I would kill all who crossed my path but after this order. Now, I’ll only kill a certain number of people. As to the amount killed, you can decide. Therefore, the deaths would decrease, but the killings would still go on.”

“Understood.”

The woman gave the sniper a number then left the sniper on the hill and returned to the forest.

女子饶了狙击兵一命，从山丘回到了森林。

在森林的湖中，那名男子还在里头游泳。他一看到女子，便全身赤裸地跑过去，哭丧著脸说道。。

“师父！你让我等了好久！我还以为这下咱们要玩完了吧！”

女子愣了一下，然后要他别说那么多，快把衣服穿上。

Back at the lake, the man swam in the tranquil water. At the sight of the woman, he ran towards her, exposing his naked body.

“Master! What took so long? You left me waiting for a long time, letting me think we were done for!”

The woman told him to shut up and put on his clothing.

男子迅速地穿著衣服问道..

“我们还活著，表示你杀了那家伙罗？”

“没有。”

听到那句话，男子吓了一大跳。他惊慌失措地套上长裤个却把两脚伸进同一个裤管，跌了一大跤。

女子开始向男子说明整个经纬。

“可，可是如此一来，被杀的可能性不就变成视数子而定？”

男子如此说道，女子一脸觉得那种事是理所当然的样子，并从容的走向他们的车子---一辆又小又破，彷佛随时会散掉的车。男子慌慌张张地跟在她后头。

上了车之后，男子问道。。

“怎么办？我们这下回国，因为没杀掉那个家伙，是收不到事成后的报酬的耶！加上我们也没放任他继续无限制的狙击兵，另一方的报酬也拿不到吧？“

“这我也知道”

说完安子露雅的微笑，启动了车子引擎。

“反正我们两方的预付款都已经收了，就带笔钱远走高飞吧！”

“………”

男子虽然很想说些什么，但女子毫不理会，并猛力踩下了油门。

车子一开始行驶，一颗硕大的字弹马上朝车子飞了过来，把伫立在那里的树木打成两半，但车子已经扬长而去。

这片森林至今侬然存在。狙击兵也仍旧伏在那座山丘上。

The man quickly put on his pants and asked another question.

“We are still alive. This means then that you killed him?”

“No.”

At hearing the words, the man leapt and tripped, accidentally putting both legs into one pant.

The woman explained the whole situation at hand.

“b…but doesn’t that mean that death is now a ratio..?”

The woman’s face gave little care into the matter and she started to walk to their car; a little, run-down automobile on the verge of collapse. The man followed, flustered behind her.

Once in the car, the man started to question again.

“What now? We can’t return because we neither stopped the killing nor let it remain as frequent. As well, we can’t collect the reward from either side.”

“I know.”

After saying this, the woman smiled and started the engine.

“Since we already received the rewards in advance from both sides, let’s take it and leave.”

“……”

The man started to say something, but was cut short as the woman pushed on the gas pedal.

The second the car moved, a bullet suddenly flew in the direction of the car, splitting a tree where the car had just been, missing it by seconds.

Today, the forest still remains and at the top of the hill, the sniper still waits.
